Raquel Ramirez

Work ED, Director of Performing Arts and Development

Raquel is a dynamic Mexican American performing artist whose passion for music and dance began at age seven, sparked by her father’s encouragement to take the stage. Raised in California’s Central Valley, she first performed with her family band, “The Fabulous Enchantments,” and soon branched out, sharing her talent with music and dance groups across the region. Known for her vibrant energy and nostalgic style, Raquel draws from Latin oldies, old school, and cumbia influences, captivating audiences with her powerful vocals and expressive dance.

  • Color Guard/Dance Instructor: Led Kings Canyon team to multiple awards including Grand Sweepstakes and Best in Show.

  • 49ers Gold Rush Cheer Team Finalist: Finalist under the coaching of Gold Rush Performance Director, Shasta Sprenkel.

  • Royal Caribbean Performer: Currently performing in theater and stage productions.
