Day 1 INTRODUCTION AND HIP HOP HISTORY
Start with an introduction to Music Production and learning the origins of great music. Then through activities, learn how to begin building simple beats
Team Music Project:
Come up with a class playlist that showcases everyone's unique interests
Day 2 DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING YOUR MUSIC
Explore Ableton software as you learn how Drums, Bass, Chords, and Melodies build off one another to create a musical experience
Team Music Project:
Work together to create a music Time Capsule for future generations to explore
Day 3 STOMP AND TAP
Learn how musicians are creating sounds with nontraditional instruments. You don't need expensive equipment to make music!

Time to show off your work! Listen without judgement to the music everyone created throughout the program
