Daily Itinerary
Day 1 INTRODUCTION AND DEFINING THE PROBLEM
Start with an introduction to Entrepreneurship (Developing, launching and running a business) and learning what core competencies are needed to be successful. Then through exercises, learn how to identify customers and define their problems.
Team Startup Project:
Brainstorm your customers unmet needs or opportunities. Think about their problems and how your business could solve them.
Day 2 DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING YOUR SOLUTION
Explore design principles and create a concept for your product. Learn how developers and designers would in tandem to test and debug prototypes and the role the product manager plays.
Team Startup Project:
Sketch out your idea for your product, pick out design templates and learn how to quickly make your design a reality.
Day 3 PITCHING YOUR COMPANY
Learn what it takes to secure funding from investors and how to sell outsiders on your vision. Discover the different types of investors, the funding rounds and the role incubators and accelerators play in the startup ecosystem.
Team Startup Project:
Time to show off your work! Prepare a presentation with your team and pitch your business to potential investors.
