Modern learning frameworks: We use a work-based learning approach to let students feel what it’s like to solve real problems as a team, learn career pathways, and build skills that go beyond textbooks.

A unique, paid mentoring program: We run a Teaching Assistant internship for high schoolers wherever we run our programs, enabling older members of the school community pay-it-forward to younger members of their community while gaining their first workplace experience.
